Those who plan to come to Bangkok to shop won’t be disappointed. Bangkok has the biggest mall in Southeast Asia, Paragon Shopping Complex, while other big shopping centres like Central World, Gaysorn Plaza, Emporium and Siam Discovery have all kinds of brand names that you can find in your home country but with cheaper price tags.

A trip to Bangkok isn’t complete without a day at one of the city’s markets. Bangkok’s markets aren’t only about second-hand stuff and antiques; you can find all kinds of chic clothes and cool accessories with low prices. When it comes to food, Bangkok is a gastronomist’s heaven. The city is packed with a wide range of restaurants, while you can also opt for a bowl of noodle soup at a street stall.
